An italian network of mathematicians whose research and teaching revolves around random phenomena. Our main goals are

Organizing opportunities of interaction, discussion and collaboration on probabilistic or statistical themes
Promoting the development in the field
Promoting the interactions with other areas of science, industry and society
Offering opportunities of training and exchange for young researchers
Strengthening the network of relations and collaborations with the international community, with special focus on the young italian mathematicians working abroad
Coordinating and designing teaching initiatives
Popularizing the scientific results and offering services to the society
